Introduction of Dongguan CCPIT

Established in April 1987, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Dongguan Branch (CCPIT Dongguan) is an Office level immediate institution of The People's Government of Dongguan Municipality. At the meantime, the CCPIT Dongguan Branch used the name of China Chamber of International Commerce Dongguan Chamber of Commerce. (CCOIC Dongguan) It is a non-government chamber of commerce comprises enterprises, institutions, organizations and individuals of Dongguan who engaged in foreign trade.

Function of CCPIT

◆ 1、根据政府的对外政策和外经贸政策，开展与世界各国（地区）及港、澳、台地区工商界、商协会和其他经贸团体以及有关国际组织的交流工作；邀请和接待外国及港、澳、台地区工商界人士和代表团来访，组织我市经贸、技术合作等团、组赴外国及港、澳、台地区访问、考察；开展与对口组织的经贸、技术交流合作；负责与世界各国（地区）及港、澳、台对口组织在我市设立的代表机构的联络工作。

◆ 2、根据国家有关规定和市政府的授权，负责我市赴外国及港、澳、台地区举办经贸展览会和参加国际博览会的归口协调及相关的管理工作；安排、接待外国及港、澳、台地区来东莞市举办的经贸及技术展览会。

◆ 3、协助经贸仲裁，调节经贸纠纷，提供有关国际经贸、技术合作等方面的法律咨询服务，出具出口商品原产地证明书、人力不可抗拒证明书和有关涉外文件证明书，为到国外从事临时出口活动的企业或个人出具ATA单证册，并对其提供担保。
